What reports should I expect to receive after I sign up to use Mates mobile platform?
A comprehensive list of reports are available in real time by logging into the Mates Technology website using your client login details. Here you can view the number of members from your website using our system, how many messages have been sent and their averages, daily and monthly generated revenue and any banned members.
When are these reports sent through to me?
As reports are available through the Mates Technology website in the client admin section, reports are NOT sent out to clients. This is done as it removes concern from a client perspective about detailed reports being emailed to an incorrect email address etc.
