What is sent to the email address I use for this account?
Mates Technology will send emails to the email address provided with your client account concerning the Mates mobile platform. It will be used to inform the client about important news and updates with the Mates mobile platform, topics of interest about mobile technology and our latest developments.
How do I choose a good password?
It is always sensible to setup a password that is alpha numeric and a mixture of upper and lowercase letters. Keep a record of this password in a safe place. You should change the password to your account at regular intervals, typically every 4 months.
Can I set up multiple users for the same account, each with their own login and password?
Currently, each Mates mobile platform account will require a unique login and password. We are working on expanding this so that all accounts held by a client can be viewed within one login and password.
Does Mates Technology offer an API so I can integrate it into my own applications?
Yes it does. We are always keen to see how other businesses apply the Mates mobile platform. You can download details of the API within the client area of the Mates Technology website.
